What a way to kick start a new product! Recently Australian Tanks launched its new modular detention system and within no time an 18 tank system was installed at the Nestle Gympie site. What a success the T44 rated, anti-floatation rectangle detention system has become – it consists of a 7000 litre rectangle modular detention tank which can be easily interconnected with additional rectangle tanks to make up any volume required very quickly and cost effectively.
We are so excited with the feedback from happy customers and as importantly, consulting engineers that accepted the new product immediately and incorporating our system into their designs – We are starting to see our system regularly popping up in specified civil plans. On a 70,000 litre system recently installed, the tanks arrived at 11am and were fully installed by 4 pm with only a crew of two.
Absolutely minimum down site install time and at a very reasonable cost.
Another point which may interest you is that a Stormwater 360 type filtration system can be easily and safely fitted in situ or in our factory. If the lid is left off at this point then there are no confined space issues to contend with either. Recently, however Stormwater 360 have begun fitting the internal filtration pipework in our factory before the tanks hit the site. This can substantially reduce crane charges as all the lids can be placed on the tanks at the time of installation.
The system is proving to be a real hit with the project managers installing the modular tanks as they are fast, safe and simple to install and are virtually ready to drive over with a truck within hours of arrival at site.
